How to place an order

Since our items are extremely customizable, our site features online catalogs of what we carry and sell. Before placing an order, take the time to look through the catalogs until you find what you are looking for. If you find something you would like to purchase, send us an email at bigbobstrophies@sbcglobal.net to place an order or inquire about prices.

We also have in-person sales representatives at our physical location that will happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have in person or over the phone at (956)729-0233 during our business hours.

Sending and Uploading Designs

Many of our awards are individualized and customizable. You may want to have specific design or logo, or have a list of names for the nameplates, or a specific wording you want placed on your plaque. We can make it happen! All you need to do is email your designs and text straight to us at bigbobstrophies@sbcglobal.net. Be sure to include your name, an email or phone number to contact you by, and if you have multiple designs for multiple orders, specify which information belongs to the corresponding award.

Buying Trophies

Our trophy collection is our largest collection yet. So our trophy catalogs consist of the build of the trophy, the figure heads that will top your trophy, and risers and trims that can accompany your trophy.

We have an extensive assortment of figures, and before you place an order for a trophy, you will need to copy its name and have its figure ID handy. We will help guide you through selecting the style trophy you would like to place your figure heads on, and begin customizing the height, color, and size.

Some trophy styles have optional additions, like resins, while other trophy styles come with additions and will require you select the trims/risers. You may open our website in another tab to be able to view he catalogs as you shop!
